Class Description: 1. What you will make: Sleeping Lady(Mt. Susitna) Cribbage Board 2. Tools you will use: CNC Machine, Miter Saw, Sander. 3. Knowledge and skills you will gain: How to set up a CNC job. Including learning software associated with operating the CNC, how to select and set up the proper toolpaths, and how to understand what the machine is doing. Plus more! 4. Brief woodworking related biography of the instructor: My name is Dan Mahoney. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from UAA and I’ve been designing in 3D CAD for over 15 years. I built my first CNC machine in 2017 and started woodworking shortly after. I love the challenge of figuring out how to make something that no one has ever made before. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of CNC woodworking with you.
