Donations to the Alaska Creative Woodworkers Club support our mission of education in all aspects of woodworking through our classes, professional seminars, monthly meetings and demonstrations. 
 
Arnie Geiger, a shop teacher with the Anchorage School District, and a group of fellow woodworkers started the ACWA in 1984.  Arnie passed away on June 1st, 2025.  He served as president of the club, taught classes, did demonstrations, gave presentations at the monthly meetings, and was a long term, ardent supporter of the club.  We invite you to share your thoughts and memories Arnie in the space below. Donations in his honor will be used to further the clubs’ mission.
